I have used this lotion on my children for the past five years and I love it. To me this is how a baby should smell. The lavender is a very soft sent that is not at all overpowering. I would recommend this product to anyone having a baby.

For several years now, on days that I wish to smell of the clean-scent of lavender, I've used Baby Magic Lavender and Chamomile as my body wash, and followed with its companion lotion product. This NEW formulation felt different to me from the beginning. Upon doing an ingredient comparison, I noticed this lotion lacks carbomer, an ingredient found in previous formulations. I'll "settle" for this lotion's "recipe" for now, in the hopes the manufacturer will return carbomer to the ingredient listing to return it to it's former texture.
