These are absolutely the best gloves to use in the kitchen when mixing food by hand. They are thin enough that you can feel the texture of what you are mixing; have no powder or lubricant to contaminate the food; are easy to take on and off; and go easily from mixing to dish washing without having to be removed. I made sausage balls today and the gloves are GREAT.
