I bought this product by mistake. I ended up buying 2 gallons of this terrible sauce. I was looking for Cattlemen's SMOKE HOUSE and bought this instead.

Been using this sauce for years. I use it diluted with water and some added spices injected into a pork shoulder for a marinade before smoking. Also use diluted as a marinade with ribs. I use a dry rub overnight on the ribs, then baste them with the diluted sauce and wrap in heavy foil in the fridge for several hours. Then put the wrapped ribs in a large baking pan or cookie sheet and precook them for two hours at 250 degrees. Then to the grill at low heat for 2 - 3 hours with hickory wood smoke. Then finish off at med-high heat basting the full strength sauce until well glazed. A little mixed in with hamburger meat is a taste treat. I never go a BBQ season without my "Cattlemen's Smokey"!
